Squash courts eventually show signs of wear and tear after a seasons play. For example plastered squash court walls surfaces degrade from the constant pounding of balls and rackets. The repeated impacts can turn tiny pin-holes in the top coat plaster into larger craters which will need repairing. Panel system walls accumulate rubber marks from the squash balls meaning the playwalls will need to be repainted.
Floors accumulate dirt and sweat and will need regular fine sanding to provide the correct grip. Older squash floors may succumb to board breakages which will need repairing so that they do not create safety hazards for players.
Glass walls and doors must be serviced every year to ensure all bolts and fittings are tight, otherwise it will compromise the safety properties of the wall. Furthermore, even well-maintained floors need replacing sooner or later, as regular sanding inevitably wears them out. This creates an adverse effect on quality of play and ultimately on your revenue.

Our Renov8 wall panel is a single-skin system and is perfect for existing squash court renovations – for both front and side walls. Renov8 is installed directly onto existing plastered walls. A cavity between the block & panel is filled with fire-dried sand. A Renov8 court installation is faster than a full wet plaster installation, allowing your court to get back into action sooner.
